Requesting an appointment costs nothing and books nothing final — we review your list, confirm the scope, and send you a clear price to approve before anything is scheduled or charged. Consumables (fasteners, caulk, shims, prep) are always included; you supply major materials unless an option says otherwise. If we ever open things up on site and find something unexpected, we stop and talk before any extra work or cost.
Cancellation. You can cancel any booking for a full refund within 3 business days — it's your right under Massachusetts law and it's in our Service Terms. After that: free reschedule with 48 hours' notice; 48+ hours out cancels for a full refund; within 48 hours, 50%; same-day and no-shows are non-refundable. Weather or an emergency on our end always reschedules free. Jobs over $1,000 take a one-third deposit at booking — the balance is due on completion, never before.
For bigger work — full rooms, multi-trade jobs, custom carpentry — we'll come look in person and put together a real number. No charge for the visit.
